SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, ARTIST RELATIONS – Directed worldwide music marketing and management campaigns for Elton John and Joss Stone on consumer and industry levels, including film and television appearances, photo and video shoots, advertising, internet/viral, touring, sponsorships, production. Social media campaigns included partnerships with such companies as:  The Gap, Milk Council (Got Milk?), Starbucks, Conde Nast Publications, 7-11, Borders, Barnes and Noble, Amazon, Apple/iTunes, Wal-Mart, Target, Best Buy, the NFL, and Major League Baseball. Additionally responsible for television, touring and live production (ex. Super Bowl, Oprah Winfrey, Kennedy Center Honors, Good Morning America, Late Show with David Letterman, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The Today Show), as well as legit transfers (ex. Billy Elliot, Lestat).

GENERAL MANAGER – Created and implemented all worldwide marketing programs as well as day-to-day financial operations of the company, which was named the #1 Independent Label (Billboard Magazine), and sold over 10 million albums in its first two years of operation;

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, PRODUCT MANAGEMENT (1994 – 2000) – Initiated and supervised the direction of 46-person staff including the following departments:  Marketing, Creative Services, Advertising, College Promotion, Video Promotion and Production.  Maintained and balanced a yearly budget in excess of $60 million.

VICE PRESIDENT, PRODUCT MANAGEMENT (1989 – 1994) – Coordinated and executed consumer and trade marketing campaigns including all third party promotions, advertising, packaging, video production, touring and merchandise.  Artists included John Mellencamp, Melissa Etheridge, INXS, Joan Osborne, Elvis Costello, Vanessa Williams, Hanson, Def Leppard, Paula Abdul, Morrissey, Brian McKnight and Bon Jovi.
